AN ENCOURAGING WORD OF FAITH, HOPE AND JOY FOR
THOSE IN FIERY TRIALS
This is a new and beautiful day that the Lord has made. In spite of your situation, I dare you to rejoice and be glad in it.
You are alive and breathing and as long as there is life there is hope.
All may not be perfect but all is well because God is working all things together for good for you because you love Him and are the called according to His purpose.
Yes the trial is hard, yes you are suffering, and no, you did not expect to be dealing with the situation that you are facing at this point in your life.
But guess what?
What you are walking through may be a surprise for you, but not for God because He knew about this season of your life from before the foundation of the world was laid and He has already put in you, around you and prepared for you all that you need to come out as pure gold.
Do you believe that today?
Maybe somewhere deep down inside you expected your journey with the Lord to be easier and you feel disappointed and disillusioned because of the difficulties that you presently face.
I remember feeling like that for a while until I read what the Word has to say about our walk and the trials and tribulations we will encounter from time-to-time along the way.
Psalms 34:19 states:-
“Many are the afflictions of the righteous, But the LORD delivers him out of them all.” (NKJV)
In John 16:33 Jesus states:-
“I have told you all this so that you may have peace in me. Here on earth you will have many trials and sorrows. But take heart, because I have overcome the world.” (NLT)
James 1:2-4 states:-
“Dear brothers and sisters, when troubles come your way, consider it an opportunity for great joy.
For you know that when your faith is tested, your endurance has a chance to grow.
So let it grow, for when your endurance is fully developed, you will be perfect and complete, needing nothing.” (NLT)
In John 15:18-20, Jesus states:-
“If the world hates you, know that it hated Me before it hated you.
If you belonged to the world, the world would treat you with affection and would love you as its own. But because you are not of the world [no longer one with it], but I have chosen (selected) you out of the world, the world hates (detests) you.
Remember that I told you, A servant is not greater than his master [is not superior to him]. If they persecuted Me, they will also persecute you; if they kept My word and obeyed My teachings, they will also keep and obey yours.” (Amplified Bible)
No, this journey with the Lord is not always roses, and at times it’s no cheesecake, but because you have Him, you have the Source, the great I AM, Jehovah, the self-existing Eternal One so you have all that you need.
So, today, do not listen to the voice of the enemy telling you that it is finished and all is lost. ALL IS NOT LOST!
Do not listen to him when he tells you that God does not love you or else you would not be going through what you are going through. GOD DOES LOVE YOU!
Satan is a liar and the father of lies and he does not have the last word concerning anything in your life, God does.
Instead, cast down those vain imaginations and take those thoughts captive unto the reality of Christ then find a scripture that is relevant to your situation, read it, memorize it, meditate on it and make a decision to stand on it no matter what.
Remember, God’s Word is Truth, not what the world says , not what your flesh says, not what the devil says, not what your situation says, and not what you or anyone else thinks, says or feels…………..His Word alone is Truth and all else must bow to it…………..that’s tight but it’s right!
Almost everything about your present experience may be, or may appear to be in total contradiction to the Truth of God’s Word, but your work is to believe and your fight is the good fight of faith.
Satan desires to sift you as wheat through your situation, but like Jesus told Peter, I pray that your faith will not fail you because no matter what you are going through, the warfare is really about your faith.
RIGHT WHERE YOU ARE, LIFT YOUR HANDS TO THE LORD AND SAY, “LORD I RECEIVE A FRESH
INFUSION OF YOUR ANOINTING AND OF FAITH AND I THANK YOU FOR IT IN JESUS’ NAME”.
Now arise mighty warrior and like the Shunamite woman in 2 Kings 4 who in faith declared “It is well” even though her son was
dead, boldly declare, “IT IS WELL”.
Prophesy that truth into the atmosphere and believe it because what is not well will be well so it is well!
No matter what anyone says, there is none greater than our Lord, the life-giver, creator and sustainer of all things and He loves you tremendously.
I challenge you to no longer focus on your situation, but instead to look unto Jesus, your healer, deliverer, mind-stabilizer, joy-restorer, way-maker, and strength. Look unto Him, the One who is the author, sustainer and finisher of your faith, the One in whom you can safely and confidently put your trust.
Lean, rely, and depend upon Him today and praise Him for what He has done in your life, is doing and will do.
This is the day that the Lord has made, in spite of your situation, I dare you to rejoice and be glad in it.
Weeping may endure for a night, but joy comes in the morning.
Don’t give up!
There’s a blessing awaiting you if you endure to the end.
