PROBLEM OR OPPORTUNITY?

PROBLEM OR OPPORTUNITY?

PROBLEM OR OPPORTUNITY

“PROBLEM OR OPPORTUNITY?”

When you encounter a challenging situation what do you see?

Do you see a problem or do you see an opportunity?

When we look at our challenging situations through God’s eyes, when we see them from His limitless perspective and not our limited perspective, instead of a problem we will see a glorious opportunity to build our faith and know Him experientially.

If your challenge involves a lack of provision, instead of seeing it as a problem, change your perspective and see it through God’s eyes as an opportunity for you to personally know Him as Jehovah Jireh, the Lord who provides.

If your challenge involves sickness, instead of seeing it as a problem, change your perspective and see it through God’s eyes as an opportunity for you to personally know Him as Jehovah Rapha, the Lord who heals.

If your challenge involves turmoil, instead of seeing it as a problem, change your perspective and see it through God’s eyes as an opportunity for you to personally know Him as Jehovah Shalom, the Lord is peace.

If your challenge involves danger or threats, instead of seeing it as a problem, change your perspective and see it through God’s eyes as an opportunity for you to personally know Him as Jehovah Saboath the Lord of Hosts, your protector.

If your challenge involves someone who did you wrong, instead of seeing it as a problem, change your perspective and see it through God’s eyes as an opportunity for you to personally know Him as Jehovah Gmolah, the God of recompense, the God who repays.

Whatever your challenging situation, look at  it through God’s eyes and instead of a problem, you will see an opportunity for Him to personally reveal Himself to you that will build your faith in unprecedented ways.

Think about it.

How will you or I know God, and I don’t just mean intellectually or theoretically, I mean really know Him if we do not personally experience the various facets of His being?

When you encounter a  challenging situation, what do you see?

Do you see a problem or an opportunity?

If you look at it from God’s perspective, if you see it through His eyes, instead of a problem, you will see a glorious opportunity to know Him better and build your faith.

Shalom!

Kim
