Hi, welcome to “Unwalled”.
My name is Kim Sweeting. I am a member of the Body of Christ, a wife, mother, Minister of the Word, a Certified Professional Coach, Counselor, author of “Unwalled Poetry – A Different Devotional Experience”, a spiritual work in progress and more……:). I live in the Bahamas with my husband of 25 years, three children, four dogs and cat.
I love to read, learn, laugh, drink tea, spend time alone with God and in His Word, hang out with family and friends, chill out to contemporary jazz, easy-listening and any genre of gospel music, aerobic exercise to Junkanoo music, bowl, sit in the morning sun, play with my pets, eat conch…..any kind of conch….wear high heels, wear blue jeans, write, play my keyboard to relax, meditate and de-stress, and pull pranks on my husband and kids.
Most of all, I love to communicate with people in ways that help them to grow spiritually, develop personally, and live effectively, i.e., according to God’s purpose, plans, and principles in all areas of their lives.
Although blessed with some good people in my life who I appreciate, treasure and am very grateful to God for, who I appreciate, treasure and am very grateful to God for, hands down, my best friend is Jesus Christ. I really can’t imagine life on this earth without Him, and I’m not just saying that to sound spiritual or impressive, He is truly my all.
The purpose of my blog “Unwalled” is to encourage, edify, and inspire the Body of Christ in the Bahamas and beyond; I pray that it will be a blessing to you.
There is no set schedule to my posts because while there are many things I can write and publish, I prefer to keep my spirit open to the Lord to see what He would have me write and publish, after all, He knows far better than I what you need to encourage, edify and inspire you and that’s why “Unwalled” exists.

Blessings to you and thanks for stopping by!
“I’m not saying that I have this all together, that I have it made. But I am well on my way, reaching out for Christ, who has so wondrously reached out for me. Friends, don’t get me wrong: By no means do I count myself an expert in all of this, but I’ve got my eye on the goal, where God is beckoning us onward—to Jesus. I’m off and running, and I’m not turning back.”
(Philippians 3:12-14 – The Message Bible)
